Event Details
It is clear that ways of working in a post-pandemic world will vary considerably across countries and organisations. Executives are already pursuing different strategies for returning to "normal": some are willing to fully embrace remote work, while others remain committed to requiring on-site work in the office. As The Economist's special report on the future of work argues, most companies probably fall somewhere between these two extremes and intend to adopt a hybrid model. For these companies, the challenge will be finding and maintaining the right balance between on-site and virtual work.
What long-term impact will the hybrid model have on the way you manage talent in your company? How will you ensure that it does not exclude people from your corporate culture? What risks does the hybrid model potentially create in terms of company diversity and inclusion, and what steps can you take to mitigate those risks?
At this event, we will hear from the author of The Economist's report on the future of work and discuss its findings with the HR executives of leading companies from across Asia and the Middle East and Africa.
This session is a part of our new programme CHRO Foresight which is targeting senior professionals in talent and people management from the companies within ECN membership. You can learn more about the programme here.
