Event Details

Multinationals from Asia and beyond are increasingly turning to Southeast Asia as a crucial production base and regional hub across various sectors. The region has become a key player in the rebalancing of global trade and supply chains, attracting investment funds seeking high returns in a lowering interest-rate environment, along with the promise of a growing, affluent, and young consumer populace. This shift was significantly accelerated by the Covid-19 induced "China+1" strategy and continues to gain traction amid ongoing geopolitical uncertainties.

ASEAN is also on track to emerge as the fourth-largest economy in the world by 2030 and, as a result, businesses looking to capitalize on opportunities in this dynamic landscape must navigate the region's regulatory environment, cultural nuances, and geopolitical complexities.

Join us as we delve into the rising prominence of Southeast Asia as the new frontier of Asian growth. We will explore how countries in the region are enhancing their manufacturing capabilities, experiencing both increased intra regional cooperation and tensions, and upgrading transportation and logistics infrastructure to meet the increasing demand for exports.
