Event Details

The global covid-19 pandemic has profoundly altered how we work and how we think about work. Its impact on how employees, employers, policy-makers and educational institutions think about career development and professional training is still being assessed. Join us for the launch of a white paper that contributes to that ongoing conversation with a focus on how multinational corporations in China are looking ahead. The post-pandemic office: work and talent management in the wake of Covid-19 is an Economist Corporate Network (ECN) report, commissioned by the Washington University-Fudan University Executive MBA programme. The analysis in the report draws on a survey of senior executives based in China conducted in November 2020 and focus group conversations with senior executives held in Shanghai in February 2021.

At this launch event, we'll explore what we found about the ways in which the workplace may transform and engage in a conversation around this consequential topic.

Please note that this event is limited to senior-level executives and per invitation only. If you are not an existing member of The Economist Corporate Network, but would like to learn how you can attend our events, please contact us.
