Automated Vehicles and the Future of Mobility

Bilal has combined his dream and passion for creating world-first autonomous vehicles with DG World – the company he founded to make its mark in this fascinating area of technology. DG World is now the largest robotics and automation company in the Middle East. Bilal has extensive experience of working in the machinery industry and a Licentiate degree focused in Industrial Engineering from Damascus University. He is also the author of a book titled “How to be your own boss”.

Hani leads Tesla Enterprise Sales and Tesla Energy covering the MENAT region based in Dubai. Prior to joining Tesla, Hani has held a number of roles of increasing responsibility at GE Renewables in Germany and Dubai, Fujitsu Quantum Devices in Japan, and Infineon Technologies (Former Siemens Semiconductors) in Germany. Hani holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the American University of Beirut.

Robert is the Director of the Economist Corporate Network based in Dubai and covering the MENA region. Robert works closely with network members to help inform their business strategies through political, economic and operational insight and to connect them with their senior leadership peers.
Robert is a business journalist, editor and publisher with nearly 25 years of experience covering a wide variety of sectors, including hospitality, retail, construction, energy and transport, and a particular interest in human capital management.
He is an accomplished event chairman, moderator and speaker.
Robert completed an MBA at the University of Leicester School of Business in 2012 and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Nottingham.
