Event Details

Whether you believe or not that the world is de-globalising, this is one of the most consequential topics of our time, and as such front of mind for companies' management. Given ongoing geopolitical trends, will we see the emergence of a bifurcated supply chain landscapes? And what will this mean for MNCs which until now have thrived by accessing, and bringing together, the different comparative advantages of the countries linked by their global value chains?

Please join us to discuss the key highlights of EIU's white paper, 'The cost of de-globalising world trade,' which takes a deep dive into the recent developments impacting international trade and investment and warns about the impending threat of an increasingly 'slowbalized' world.

Please note that this event is limited to senior-level executives and per invitation only. If you are not an existing member of The Economist Corporate Network, but would like to learn how you can attend our events, please contact us.

He specialises in data-driven strategy and deploys cutting-edge predictive analytics across a wide range of consumer, economic and market data, helping clients capture emerging growth opportunities and position themselves for success.

Drawing on over a decade of experience in Asia, Alex has served clients across a wide range of industries and strategy areas.
