Event Details

One of the toughest tasks a CEO may face over the course of her career is being charged with the turnaround of a large business that is strategically, financially and/or operationally adrift.

The required actions by leadership will vary by circumstance, but valuable lessons may be gleaned from the experiences of C-level leaders who have been through the turnaround process, successfully or otherwise.

Mark Barnes, former CEO of the South African Post Office and Zaf Mahomed, CFO at Cell C and veteran of multiple corporate turnarounds will join us to share their perspective and engage attendees on how they've implemented turnarounds in large and complex organisations.

Please note that this event is limited to senior-level executives and per invitation only. If you are not an existing member of The Economist Corporate Network, but would like to learn how you can attend our events, please send an email to ecn_enquiries@economist.com.
