Event Details

HR leaders traditionally have placed a significant amount of focus on enabling their organisations to identify, attract, support, develop and retain a workforce fit for purpose to advance their firms' strategic objectives. This set of tasks is made more difficult increasingly by factors outside of HR's traditional remit and areas of competence.

At this session we'll host Dr Zain Reddiar, Africa HR Director at Samsung Electronics and Vanisha Balgobind, Executive Head HR at Exxaro Resources to share their reflections of operating in industries and markets where geopolitics, reputational and a host of other risks weigh in their human capital strategies and decisions.
