Managing risk and boosting resilience across the supply chain have never been more important. In the new global reality, Chief Supply Chain Officers need supply chains that don't just minimize day-to-day risk, but can also absorb, adapt to, and recover from catastrophic disruption whenever and wherever it strikes. This means being proactive about risk and building resilience into the DNA throughout the supply chain.
ECN is pleased to share the latest findings from Accenture's research in partnership with MIT. We will be introducing their new standard for proactively assessing a global supply chain's ability to mitigate the impact of disruptive events. The impact of this work is to improve agility and help companies outmanoeuvre uncertainty. This ground-breaking project will be key to recognizing other potential weaknesses and increasing your supply chain resilience.
This session is a part of our new programme, CSCO Foresight, which is designed for senior professionals involved in supply chain operations from the companies within ECN membership. We will bring together leading experts from some of the biggest and most innovative organisations across the world and combine their personal insights with the EIU's global economic knowledge to create a forward-looking perspective on the global trends shaping the economy, business and their own specialist functions.
