Henrik started out in freight forwarding, moved onto management positions in airport and cargo handling companies affiliated with the Maersk Line group and from 2001 moved to management roles with all-cargo carrier Cargolux. In 2014 Henrik joined Emirates SkyCargo in his current position tasked with developing and implementing strategies securing the continued Emirates leadership in cargo service delivery managing:
- Emirates cargo terminals at the Dubai airports as well as service delivery and operations functions across the network
- Global supply of cargo handling and trucking services
- Standards & procedures as well as compliance efforts ensuring a safe, secure and correct operation
- Engineering for special cargo and load mastering for the Emirates freighter operation
- IT Systems used to facilitate and support the SkyCargo business
Henrik currently serve as Chairman for industry service quality organization Cargo iQ.

Thomas has been active in the global logistics and supply chain industry for more than 18 years, previously working in international trade lane management in shipping and later taking charge of senior commercial roles for DB Schenker in Europe and Asia. He currently heads the group’s commercial development and market expansion activities in the Middle East and Africa and is an expert in business growth strategies and solutioning within the logistics industry

Robert Sutton, who heads up Abu Dhabi Ports’ Logistics Cluster, is a results-driven and customer-focused business leader. At Abu Dhabi Ports, his primary area of responsibility is to develop and implement Abu Dhabi Ports’ logistics strategy and work with customers and partners to meet their business requirements and develop value-driven relationships. Robert brings more than 20 years of experience across traditional, multi-modal, and digital supply chains spanning the MENA region, Asia, and Europe. His experience includes serving as Vice President & Global Sector Head at DHL. Robert has a proven track record of achieving profitable and sustainable business growth. He also delivers consistent value and significant improvements to business performance at an operational, strategic and financial level. His primary area of focus is end-to-end supply chain strategies, change management and marketing/business development.

Robert is the Director of the Economist Corporate Network based in Dubai and covering the MENA region. Robert works closely with network members to help inform their business strategies through political, economic and operational insight and to connect them with their senior leadership peers.
Robert is a business journalist, editor and publisher with nearly 25 years of experience covering a wide variety of sectors, including hospitality, retail, construction, energy and transport, and a particular interest in human capital management.
He is an accomplished event chairman, moderator and speaker.
Robert completed an MBA at the University of Leicester School of Business in 2012 and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Nottingham.
