Event Details

The continuing back-and-forth of Singapore's Covid restrictions adds to our uncertainty about the workplace. What will the office look like when we return to it? Will we in fact return, or will we keep working remotely, or will it be a mix of the two…and if so, then what's the right mix? We have known for a long time that the style of the workplace affects the style of the work, so what happens when our whole concept of the workplace changes?

Join us online on August 18, 12-1pm, as we explore the impact of the changing workplace. Together with our panelists, we will discuss what our post-pandemic offices might look like and how they will be used. We will take that a step further and examine the ripple effects of a new concept of the workplace. Over the last few months I have spoken with many leaders who are concerned about productivity, organizational culture, retention, engagement, performance management, employee development, and more. How will the changing nature of the office change how your workers work and your leaders lead?

This is a smaller session than our regular agenda, focusing directly on the leadership challenges facing the C-suite. We look forward to a sharing session that transfers insights across industries, so leaders can find the right practices for their organization.

Please note that this event is limited to senior-level executives and per invitation only. If you are not an existing member of The Economist Corporate Network, but would like to learn how you can attend our events, please send an email to ecn_sea@economist.com.
