Event Details

The Economist Corporate Network's conducting a global leadership survey to gauge how senior leaders' approaches to leading have been altered, perhaps fundamentally, during (and potentially to continue post) the pandemic. The survey will also seek to better understand the critical skills and attributes for their organisations overall and for leaders in particular to thrive in a "distance-as-usual" context.

At the event, Herman will present the global and regional insights emanating from responses. Post my presentation I would like to host a panel discussion to unpack and discuss some of the emerging themes.
