    GBA Growth Director, Value and Risk Advisory, Greater China of JLL

    Wendy has over 20 years of experience in valuation and advisory. Her career began as a financial analyst before transitioning into business development. She has provided valuation& advisory services for over 200 companies and investment funds, including CITIC Capital, Country Garden, ChinaChem and China Merchants Group. These services cover a wide range of areas, including property valuation and the valuation of financial and intangible assets. Also, she offered consulting services in corporate mergers and acquisitions, transactions, and post-merger integration.

    She initiated the launch of Hong Kong and GBA mainland cities Senior living paper which has led to multiple client engagements and taken a key role in steering the discussion on how this sector can develop in Hong Kong and the GBA. Recently, she also led the white paper and discussions on Transforming Real Estate for the Electric Vehicle Era.

    Acting as a pioneer in digital transformation, Wendy has introduced Geographic Information System (GIS) and big data analysis to empower clients in making well-informed business decisions, thereby significantly enhancing the department's capabilities and efficiency, further solidifying its position as a leader in the real estate industry. She helped Food Angel in identifying the optimal locations of Food Dispensary machines by leveraging our GIS solution and real estate network.

    During her tenure as Chairperson of JLL Greater China's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee (2018-2023), Wendy has organized a great number of impactful charity events that promote the firm's culture of diversity and inclusivity. Outside of JLL, Wendy’s kind heart has led her to work extensively with The Women’s Foundation, both as a mentor and as an advisory council member, and she serves as a committee member for Sowers Action, an organization focused on providing support to orphanages in China.

    Keith is the Chief Technology Officer of Li & Fung Trading leading the company’s various technology and digital initiatives which help drive value delivery through innovation. Prior to Li & Fung, he held different executive roles at S.F. Express, including Chief Technology Officer of S.F. Technology, Chief Information Officer and CEO of S.F. international overseas region based out of Shenzhen as well as CMO of S.F. Express HK. His vast experience cuts across Technology and Digital in Asia Pacific for both established and start-up businesses. Prior to joining S.F. Express, Keith was Senior Director of Enterprise Business and Supply Chain Cloud for Oracle Asia Pacific and Head of Solution Consulting for SAP Greater China.

    Keith holds an Executive MBA degree from both Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and HKUST, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

    Jasmine Lee is the Managing Partner for Hong Kong and Macau at EY, leading a team of 3,500 professionals and overseeing all aspects of the firm’s operations in these locations. With over 25 years of professional experience, including 12 years in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, Jasmine has acquired deep expertise in working with financial institutions across Hong Kong and Mainland China, providing assurance, strategy, and consulting services.

    Jasmine is deeply committed to public service, holding several prominent positions including as an appointed member of the Hong Kong SAR Government’s Securities and Futures Commission Process Review Panel, the Air Transport Licensing Authority, and the Resolution Compensation Tribunal. In addition, she is an Executive Committee Member of the Guangdong Women’s Federation.

    Jasmine currently serves as the Vice-President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Deputy Chairman of the Institute’s Greater Bay Area (GBA) Committee. Additionally, she is the President of the Association of Women Accountants (Hong Kong) and the Co-Chairperson of the Mainland Affairs Committee. Jasmine also chairs the Professional Accounting Sector of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area Economic and Trade Association and is a member of the China Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. She holds Council Member positions at the Hong Kong Association of Registered Public Interest Entity Auditors, the SMART Accountants Association, and the Hong Kong Management Association.

    As a passionate advocate for promoting broader and closer cooperation within the GBA, Jasmine spearheads the EY Greater Bay Area Centre of Excellence, helping clients capture significant opportunities in the region. In 2023, under Jasmine’s leadership, EY signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Hong Kong Metropolitan University to enhance collaborative efforts in nurturing future leaders in the GBA. Through joint initiatives such as seminars, forums, case competitions, and mentorship programmes within the GBA, Jasmine aims to create new avenues for young people to realise their potential, driving growth and talent development in the region.

    Mr Charles Ng is the Associate Director-General of Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK), the government department responsible for attracting and facilitating foreign direct investment into Hong Kong.

    Mr Ng oversees the business operations of the department’s overseas offices, as well as International Business Development; Consulate & Chamber Engagement; Business Professional Services; Family Office; Innovation & Technology; Information and Communications Technology; and Transport, Logistics & Industrial sectors in the head office. The sector specialists and geographic teams under his purview offer a one-stop service to help enterprises from around the world leverage the business and investment opportunities in and via Hong Kong, and help clients establish or expand their presence in the city. In addition to promoting Hong Kong as a global leading hub and a preferred destination for Family Offices and attracting them to set up a structure in Hong Kong, the Family Office team is also in charge of promoting the new Capital Investment Entrance Scheme. Mr Ng is also an Ex-officio member of the Academy for Wealth Legacy.

    Mr Ng helped set up and run OASES, the Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises under the Financial Secretary’s Office in four priority sectors: (i) life and health technology, (ii) artificial intelligence and data science, (iii) financial technology and (iv) advanced manufacturing and new energy technology. Prior to joining InvestHK, Mr Ng worked for companies in the manufacturing, trading, financial services, and banking sectors in Mauritius, Canada, and Hong Kong.

    Mr Ng holds an Executive MBA degree awarded jointly by the Business School of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University. He speaks six languages and dialects.

    Mr. Edward Chui is the Hong Kong Director at the Economist Intelligence Corporate Network.

    Mr Chui has worked in the Greater China region for over 20 years. Before coming to The Economist Group, he was a consultant with Chesapeake Pacific Capital Management overseeing a range of thought leadership projects on the ultra-high net worth, family office, philanthropy, and next generation wealth succession. He was also Vice President at The Private Bank at JP Morgan in Hong Kong working with senior management in the expansion of the Asia Pacific business through special programs and wealth management publications for clients. Mr Chui also possesses extensive experience in the media and technology sectors having worked at Star TV, a subsidiary of News Corp, Alter Ego Networks in Silicon Valley and EF Education focusing on the China mobile business.

    Mr Chui has a BA in Government from Wesleyan University and an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business.
