Tim has over 25 years' experience covering the aviation industry in Asia-Pacific, including 18 years on the sell side as a senior equity research analyst. Prior to joining BI, Tim was a member of PwC's regional aviation team, advising airlines and aircraft lessors. He served two years as SVP Risk Management with CDB Aviation. Tim also had a stint with Deutsche Bank’s regional aviation asset finance team where he was responsible for Asian airline coverage and debt origination. Before that, he had a long career covering the Asia-Pacific aviation, transportation and infrastructure industries for CCB International, Macquarie, Lehman Brothers, and Deutsche Bank. Tim was also a member of Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank's ranked transport teams in the 1990s and early 2000s. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University in New York and is a CFA charterholder.

Saraansh is Director of eMobility for CLP Power Hong Kongwhere he leads a team enabling the electrification of transport for CLPP’s customers and stakeholders. Before this, Saraansh held roles at CLP Group focusing on business development of new opportunities across the APAC region.

Prior to CLP, Saraansh worked for SSE Plc in the UK within their commercial division where he held several roles from strategy to business development which included areas such as electric vehicles, storage, and energy services.

Saraansh has also worked for Toshiba Corporate Research & Development where he focused on Smart Grid related projects across the UK & Europe. He holds a first class Masters degree in Engineering from the University of Oxford and an Engineering Doctorate from the University of Bristol.

I’m passionate about eMobility and working with key ecosystem players together in identifying and capturing value through coordinated planning, smart policies and embracing technology & data.

Mr. Edward Chui is the Hong Kong Director at the Economist Intelligence Corporate Network.

Mr Chui has worked in the Greater China region for over 20 years. Before coming to The Economist Group, he was a consultant with Chesapeake Pacific Capital Management overseeing a range of thought leadership projects on the ultra-high net worth, family office, philanthropy, and next generation wealth succession. He was also Vice President at The Private Bank at JP Morgan in Hong Kong working with senior management in the expansion of the Asia Pacific business through special programs and wealth management publications for clients. Mr Chui also possesses extensive experience in the media and technology sectors having worked at Star TV, a subsidiary of News Corp, Alter Ego Networks in Silicon Valley and EF Education focusing on the China mobile business.

Mr Chui has a BA in Government from Wesleyan University and an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business.
