Nadiah is the Chief Human Resources Officer at S P Setia Berhad.

Starting as a HR generalist, Nadiah tried her hands on training and development in her 3rd year as a HR professional and completely fell in love with the world of OD and Change Management where she could put her heart and mind in the core of what affects people and the organization.

Over the last two decades, she has ventured through corporate chapters of setting up HR departments, building talent pipelines, harmonization work in mergers and acquisitions, organizational cultural transformational work, design, lead and managed people and change strategies, coaching and developing talents in leadership roles.

Michele has 24 years of leadership and management experience in the public and private sectors both in the UK and Malaysia, bringing critical leadership and management insights with her.
Having headed various departments in organisations such as the Asia School of Business, the Iclif Leadership and Governance Centre, UBS, HSBC, and CIMB, Michele has developed expertise in a wide variety of areas such as future of work, leadership, strategic thought, change management, human capital development, managing culture, performance management and more.

Michele has a BSc and a MSc from the London School of Economics, UK. She was also a Malaysian JPA, British High Commission and Citibank scholar winning various academic awards. She is currently pursuing her PHD in the Future of Work and Organisations & Leadership of the Future. In 2021, Michele was named one of the most successful people in Malaysia by the British Publishing House.

data, influence and people, he moved into the HR space holding senior HR leadership roles with global MNCs and blue chip corporations Coca Cola, OCBC, Watson Wyatt, British American Tobacco, Maybank Group, B Braun Asia Pacific and most recently
Samsung.

He then joined to head HR for one of Malaysia’s largest and most diverse consumer group Berjaya Corporation He is currently back at Maybank, leading the people strategy and execution, driving change and human capital transformation He has been recognized with multiple accolades including Southeast Asia HRM Watchlist, HR Excellence Awards Grand Winner, HR Asia Best Company T o Work F or and Asia Recruitment Awards amongst others.

He is a qualified professional engineer, degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering, an MBA in Organizational Behaviour and a CFA Long Version.

As part of the editorial team, Jia Rong drives research and content across the EICN. Specialising in macro-economic trends, he works closely with the Network Directors to produce client deliverables.

With previous experience as a business journalist, Jia Rong has a keen understanding of corporate landscape, and is an efficient communicator.

Jia Rong holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the University of London.

Sumana is a senior policy professional with 17 years of experience. Having worked at several dynamic and vibrant tech firms, Sumana designs and implements policies through advocacy, strategic communication and evidence-based analysis. With a flair for writing and communication, Sumana is able to negotiate complex engagements & cultivate senior-level internal/external relationships.

Sumana holds a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Michigan, as well as a B.A. in Political Science and Geography from UCLA.
