Event Details

Following the great success of our first two Women in Leadership events, we are pleased to announce the third in this series of female-focused EICN conferences.

On 8 October we will convene at the Westin Mina Seyahi for an exploration of opportunities for Women in Technology & Finance.

While more than a quarter of C-suite roles globally are now held by women, this figure is less than 20% for both Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) or their equivalents. And while both functions are seeing improvements in female representation, the journeys towards gender parity in these important leadership positions remains work in progress.

We will explore with female business leaders, who have broken through into senior technology and finance roles, how they approach the challenges of functional leadership in these traditionally male bastions.

We are particularly honoured that HE Maria Hanif Al Qassim, Assistant Undersecretary of Economic Policies and Studies at UAE Ministry Of Economy, will be joining us to share her perspectives.
