2025 is set to be a year full of uncertainty for the global economy. In today's volatile world, defined by geopolitical tensions, economic uncertainty, and rapid technological transformation, the ability to navigate change and unexpected crises is arguably what separates resilient organizations from the rest.

Research consistently shows that companies with diverse leadership teams are better equipped to manage risks, make strategic decisions, and emerge stronger from disruptions. Yet, the debate about diversity often stalls on moral arguments and tokenism, missing the real story: the transformational business impact that women leaders deliver.

Join us at The Economist Intelligence Corporate Network in Shanghai as we leave conventional thinking behind and instead look at inclusion through the lens of corporate resilience, transformation, and the bottom line.

Through a candid panel discussion with accomplished female leaders from diverse industries, we will focus on the critical business impact women are able to make within their organizations and the skills women bring to leadership in a world of uncertainty. Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of how to cultivate resilience in their organizations and thrive in an increasingly complex global environment.
