With more than 16 years of consulting experience, she has deep expertise in the fields of organization and governance, leadership and talent, cultural transformation, HR trends, etc. She serves clients in high-tech, Internet, consumer goods and luxury goods, retail, real estate, logistics and other industries. She is good at promoting executive consensus and enabling enterprises to implement strategies through the lever of organization and talent.

    Before entering Executive Search, Charlie also had a 15-years corporate working experiences gained from the MNCs and a start-up company. He worked as Regional Business Director for Honeywell and worked as Senior Business Development Manager for Dow Chemical Company in Asia Pacific region. Earlier in his career, he co-founded an Internet software startup-NetDragon Company. Charlie started his career as a marketing specialist for Nortel Networks in China and spent many years as a Marketing Manager and Program Manager for Motorola in the US.

    Tammy started her career in residential and retail brokerage. Then start focusing on Industrial properties since 2006. In 2017, she was responsible for Colliers' West China business, covering Chengdu, Xi'an and Chongqing. In 2019, Tammy was promoted as the Managing Director of China for Colliers, responsible for the full scope of businesses all over China.

    Weisi Xie is the Shanghai Director at the Economist Intelligence Corporate Network (EICN), and is responsible for engaging with top executives in the region on key economic and political issues as well as industry-specific analysis to support their businesses in the dynamic Chinese market.

    Mr. Xie served as an Assistant Professor of Economics at Shanghai Jiao Tong University before joining EICN. As a trained trade economist, his teaching and research mainly focused on the fields of international trade, industrial economics and economic development, with a particular emphasis on China’s economy in a global perspective. He also possesses extensive expertise in the non-profit sector through work experience with think tanks and international organizations, including the Shanghai Institute for National Economy and the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva, Switzerland, where he contributed to multiple government counseling projects and policy studies. His work has appeared in leading academic journals as well as major economic policy publications.

    Mr. Xie has a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a B.A. in International Business from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
