Event Details

We present an exciting EICN-first focusing on two industries making headlines. The low yen has prompted an increase in real estate purchases by foreigners, while simultaneously, the office market in Japan is bustling, with a noticeable surge in companies relocating. Are these two trends connected? Should companies reconsider their current lease terms? What impact will prolonged hybrid work and the low yen have on office real estate? Join us to hear from industry experts and C-suite executives about the future of the real estate market in Japan.
