Event Details

Relationships between companies and their workforce used to be top-down and unidirectional. No longer. Workforces, especially at the top-end, can choose companies as much as companies choose them. Corporate responsibility is no longer a "nice-to-have". Social responsibility, sustainability and trust often takes center-stage and drives the direction of the company. At the same time, agile start-ups with innovative ideas keep threatening larger behemoths. What is the future of the workplace? Will diverse company-workforce relationship models co-exist, or will a dominant model emerge? How does the trend of remote-working affect the company-workforce relationship? While the diverse models co-exist, how could business leaders strike the right balance in managing expectations of their workforce and other stakeholders?

Join us as we discuss the topic at our breakfast event on August 26 at 8:30-10:00. Please note that this event will be an online/on-site hybrid event and you can participate through zoom. Online participants will be able to appear on screen on-site and pose questions and comments directly to panelists and participants.

Please note that this event is limited to senior-level executives and per invitation only. If you are not an existing member of The Economist Corporate Network, but would like to learn how you can attend our events, please contact us.
