Event Details

Relationships between companies and their workforce used to be top-down and unidirectional. No longer. Workforces, especially at the top-end, can choose companies as much as companies choose them. Corporate responsibility is no longer a "nice-to-have". Social responsibility, sustainability and trust often takes center-stage and drives the direction of the company. At the same time, agile start-ups with innovative ideas keep threatening larger behemoths. What is the future of the workplace? Will diverse company-workforce relationship models co-exist, or will a dominant model emerge? How does the trend of remote-working affect the company-workforce relationship? While the diverse models co-exist, how could business leaders strike the right balance in managing expectations of their workforce and other stakeholders?
