Q&A with The EIU's Global Forecasting Director

This online event will provide an opportunity for ECN members to explore the issues that matter to regional business leaders in the company of one of the Economist Intelligence Unit's leading analysts - Agathe Demarais.

Agathe is the Global Forecasting Director of The EIU and a leading voice on global issues, with a specific interest in trade, sanctions, European Russia and Middle Eastern affairs. She draws upon her extensive diplomatic experience in emerging markets, deep policy-making knowledge and her background in investment banking to help a wide variety of audiences make sense of complex developments.

She will give a short presentation on the economic and political opportunities and risks that The EIU perceives and then invite a conversation between event participants to develop some actionable insights and around the key themes.
