Event Details

The Economist's 36th annual The World In... publication, a compilation of predictions for the year ahead, explores some of the world's most pressing issues for 2021. The World in… provides readers with a unique global perspective on the upcoming year, across the spheres of business, finance and economics, technology, sport, media, arts, culture and beyond. Which predictions for 2020 were accurate and which weren't? Perhaps an unusual question for a most unpredictable year, but still worth considering.

What lies ahead for 2021, particularly for China? We will share our predictions for China's Year of the Ox and hope to also hear yours. Hosted by our Economist Corporate Network China Director Mattie Bekink and with Shanghai Director Guoxiong Zhang, we predict you will have a great evening!

Please note that this event is limited to senior-level executives and per invitation only. If you are not an existing member of The Economist Corporate Network, but would like to learn how you can attend our events, please contact us.
